Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Align regional trial execution activities and project deliverables with global program and pipeline objectives
- Provide program management leadership for regionally led early stage (first in human) programs, including daily operations, prioritization, and risk management
- Drive strategic planning and execution to enable smooth transition of regional programs into global development pathways
- Manage executive-level stakeholders including discussing strategic plans, progress updates, milestone data for informed strategic decision-making

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field; PhD or equivalent preferred
- 8-10+ years of experience in managing drug development programs within the biopharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
- Excellent expertise in the drug development process of pharmaceuticals
- Profound therapeutic knowledge of immuno-oncology
- Experience working within global-regional operating models
- High proficiency with digital PM/portfolio tools (e.g., MS Project, Planisware, Smartsheet, Tableau/PowerBI)
