Director, Product Management (Power)

Core responsibilities:

• Evolve Xpansiv's Power market products and services by continuously evaluating customer value proposition, innovating the solution set for ongoing product-market-fit, articulating product vision, developing the roadmap, specifying features and services, and assisting with maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog.
• Develop advanced proficiency with Xpansiv's Power products and internal systems, deliver timely product support for customers, and recommend product and process enhancements.
• Collaborate as a leader with clients, commercial or product peers, architecture and technical teams to structure priorities, allocate resources, communicate or refine business concepts, and challenge implementation approaches as needed.
• Lead the engineering effort to market, from project inception and client-facing workshops through to status reports, UAT, and go-live efforts, keeping in line with company policy and standards.

This role helps accelerate the global energy transition by developing and managing products that enable transparent and trusted environmental claims, connecting diverse markets and participants worldwide to address growing demand for energy transition solutions.

Required skills, experience, qualifications:

• Computer Science Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, Systems Administration, or related disciplines. MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years as a product manager for a SaaS offering, preferably for wholesale power markets. Proven track record of portfolio delivery.
• Experience using Azure or Jira for Agile projects; certified in Agile is a plus. Working knowledge of SQL.
• Exceptional communications skills and client presence in a fast-paced environment. Strong project management and analytical skills. Excellent attention to detail and results oriented.

Compensation range for this role is $180,000-$210,000 annually.
