Director, Product Engineering

• Lead a team of product managers across autonomous driving technology, application software, data & analytics, and vehicle hardware
• Create compelling product visions, strategies and roadmaps by collaborating with stakeholders and leveraging market trends
• Implement a unified product development process throughout the product life cycle from customer insights to end-of-life
• Define OKRs for team and products and ensure collaboration of cross-functional teams to develop improved KPI processes

This role helps transform cities through autonomous technology to create safer, greener, more accessible transportation that bridges public transit gaps and fosters more vibrant, livable spaces.

• 10+ years experience in autonomy, robotics and commercialization of products with BA/BS degree or equivalent
• Proven experience with autonomous vehicle technology and ability to translate complex business goals into technical requirements
• Experience in Automotive, Transportation, Software as a Service and/or AI industries with direct operational knowledge of ride-hail and last-mile logistics
• Proven success working in startup environments with minimal resources and experience leading, managing, and developing product and engineering teams
