Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead EDF Europe's corporate engagement strategy across Europe, setting priorities and delivering results.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior leaders in key companies to drive climate action and business performance.
  • Bring partners and finance together to scale promising solutions and support implementation of key legislation like the EU Methane Regulation.
  • Manage a small team, support fundraising, and represent EDF Europe externally.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • At least 10 years of experience in business, ideally across multiple sectors, with direct experience working inside companies.
  • Strong track record on climate and business, including scaling climate-related investments or innovations.
  • Senior relationships with leaders in priority sectors (Agriculture, Energy, Finance, Aviation, Shipping).
  • Knowledge of EU climate and industrial policy; fluent English; strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Benefits

What's in it for you

Salary: UK 90,000-100,000 GBP; Belgium 110,000-125,000 EUR. Full-time, fixed term (2 years). Hybrid/remote options. Travel 20%+.
