Director, Pre-Sales, EMEA

• Lead Pre-Sales Solution Architects in the EMEA region, providing leadership excellence in technical sales, account planning and strategy, relationship building, and solution selling.
• Create conditions for high performance by recruiting resources, defining staff learning and development areas, and providing ongoing feedback, coaching, and training.
• Support internal sales teams and authorized partners with quality technical sales capacity and capability to drive revenue in new and existing accounts.
• Drive best practices with emphasis on customer centricity, sales excellence, consultative selling, outcome focus, and data-driven decision making.

This role helps customers maximize their investment in Earth Observation to achieve better outcomes, supporting commercial, environmental, and humanitarian sectors by providing trusted technical advice that enables them to solve the world's toughest obstacles.

• 6+ years of experience managing a successful technical sales team and 8+ years in software or technical sales.
• Solid technical fluency with system architectures, cloud environments, complex data pipelines, and technical proposal writing.
• Consultative selling experience with a proven track record of success and ability to engage customers at the executive level.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, GIS/Remote Sensing, or comparable combination of technical education and relevant work experience.
