Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead and manage C40's global campaigns, partnerships, and youth functions, enabling internal strategy, operations, and effective partner outreach.
  • Serve as Chief Advisor to the Managing Director on political strategy development and operational delivery, translating strategic priorities into execution.
  • Oversee budget, grant management, and fundraising efforts for the Political Strategy and Advocacy Department.
  • Drive coalition building and partner engagement at global, regional, and local levels to support mayoral climate action.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in government, political, or civil society organizations.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering campaigns, political initiatives, or strategic programs with strong project, budget, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong political analysis skills and ability to spot opportunities and threats to climate action.
  • Exceptional leadership, influencing, and communication skills; experience managing teams and cross-functional matrix teams.
