What you will drive

Growth strategy and financial oversight

  • Command and optimize a multi-million dollar annual budget, making data-backed decisions across Google and Meta to maximize efficiency.
  • Develop and execute a continuous, aggressive A/B testing roadmap encompassing landing pages, promotional offers, and creative assets.
  • Identify, evaluate, and scale new customer segments and sales channels to increase e-commerce conversion and attract new investors.

E-commerce performance and channel excellence

  • Act as the lead strategist for high-efficiency paid social campaigns with focus on creative testing velocity and advanced tools.
  • Drive scalable growth through YouTube video action campaigns while maintaining disciplined approach to high-intent branded search.
  • Maintain relentless focus on ROAS, CPA, and gross margin to ensure growth initiatives contribute directly to bottom line.
  • Be internal authority on marketing measurement, partnering with Product and IT departments for accurate analytics implementations.

Leadership and creative synergy

  • Lead and mentor two direct reports, setting clear KPIs and fostering environment of technical excellence.
  • Facilitate feedback loop between data and creative, collaborating with Content and Creative teams for high-impact creative production.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with demonstrable track record in DTC/e-commerce.
  • Proven ability to manage and develop internal talent or lead significant external agency partnerships.
  • Advanced proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and GA4 for comprehensive analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to translate results into clear, concise narratives for executive-level stakeholders and peers.
  • Experience supporting a company through funding/capital raise rounds is highly desirable.
