Mission

What you will drive

  • Provide strategic oversight for key DER relationships and the overall partner portfolio, directing sourcing, integration, and onboarding of new partners
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Partner Solutions team while building a collaborative, high-performance culture
  • Cultivate deep relationships with senior executives at partner organizations to drive long-term growth and strategic alignment
  • Oversee market research and vendor analysis to identify high-potential new partners and approve business cases for integration

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of professional experience, preferably in technology/energy services or strategic partner management
  • 3+ years' experience managing and developing high-performing teams, including managing other managers or senior contributors
  • Extensive experience building high-level relationships with business and technical personnel across partner and internal executive teams
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with ability to manage complex programs and work streams concurrently
