Mission

What you will drive

  • Build, scale, and manage the national network of electrical contractors and EPCs who install and commission Haven Energy's battery systems.
  • Own the end-to-end partner lifecycle: sourcing, evaluation, contracting, onboarding, performance management, and relationship management.
  • Design and own the Haven Partner Scorecard and KPI framework to ensure installation quality, commissioning accuracy, and VPP asset health.
  • Drive partner performance analytics, root cause investigations, and improvement plans to maintain a high-quality partner network.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 10+ years of experience in partner operations, contractor network management, business development, or related field.
  • Demonstrated success building or scaling a national or regional contractor/partner network in a high-growth, operationally complex environment.
  • Deep familiarity with the electrical contracting industry: licensing, field operations, labor markets, and EPC business structures.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and at least one BI tool (Looker, Tableau, or SQL).
