Director, Organizational Design & Executive Development

• Lead organizational assessments to identify root cause issues impacting efficiency, culture, and business strategy execution
• Develop and implement organizational design frameworks for consistent, scalable methodology across the business
• Design and manage high-impact executive development programs for VP+ population
• Establish change management protocols and evaluate impact of structural changes on business outcomes

This role drives business efficiency and strategic alignment through organizational redesign while elevating talent capabilities of senior leadership teams, creating positive change through improved organizational effectiveness and leadership development.

• 12+ years' experience in talent development, learning & development, or organizational development fields
• 7+ years of management experience
• Experience working with vendors and at large-scale SaaS tech companies
• Organizational Design certifications or degree, coaching certification, and instructional design experience

Salary range in the US: $154,000.00 - $250,000.00, discretionary bonus typically paid annually, Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire, 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package.
