What you will drive
- Lead organizational assessments to identify root cause issues impacting efficiency, culture, and business strategy execution
- Develop and implement organizational design frameworks for consistent, scalable methodology across the business
- Design and manage high-impact executive development programs for VP+ population
- Establish change management protocols and evaluate impact of structural changes on business outcomes

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 12+ years' experience in talent development, learning & development, or organizational development fields
- 7+ years of management experience
- Experience working with vendors and at large-scale SaaS tech companies
- Organizational Design certifications or degree, coaching certification, and instructional design experience
