Director of Training Content & Curriculum

• Lead the strategy, design, and continuous improvement of training content and curriculum for jobseeker programs.
• Set and own the content roadmap, ensuring materials are culturally responsive, accessible, and aligned with labor market trends.
• Oversee instructional design across multiple modalities and leverage AI to enhance content development and jobseeker readiness.
• Manage an Instructional Designer and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive program impact.

• 7+ years of experience in learning and development, content/curriculum development, education, or related field, including management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead content strategy and create high-quality, learner-aligned materials.
• Experience in workforce development, adult education, or designing learning for diverse, multilingual, or immigrant/refugee populations.
• Solid understanding of instructional design concepts, adult learning principles, and familiarity with learning technologies (LMS, authoring tools).
