Director of Research and Data

Core responsibilities:

• Lead research and data infrastructure to track New Roots Institute's impact in ending factory farming
• Develop the R&D department's strategic roadmap and translate goals into actionable technical priorities
• Oversee research on program effectiveness and alumni impact to refine the organization's theory of change
• Manage technology platforms and systems for effective data collection, analysis, and strategic insights
