Director of Recruiting

Core responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive recruiting strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives and high-performance standards
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing recruiting team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and make data-driven decisions
• Design and implement scalable recruiting processes and systems to meet the demands of the organization

This role helps Mozilla build teams that shape the next 25 years of technology and reclaim an internet built for people, not companies, by ensuring the organization hires talent aligned with its mission to make the internet better for people.

Required qualifications:

• 7-10 years of experience in recruiting, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-growth company
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performance recruiting teams with a focus on data driven decision making
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting technologies, Greenhouse preferred
