What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Build and lead a drilling organization to execute professional, air-tight construction operations for geothermal projects
  • Establish scalable processes, organizational systems, and partnerships to deliver commercial-scale geothermal construction projects
  • Oversee project P&Ls, ensure safety compliance, and manage client relationships for high-quality, cost-effective drilling projects
  • Design and implement robust processes and playbooks for operational efficiency and quality outcomes in field operations

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • 10+ years of demonstrated experience leading high-performance teams in drilling operations
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Economics/Business, or related discipline (graduate degree preferred)
  • Experience as a project owner with P&L oversight and client relationship management
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills, particularly for technical topics
  • Proficiency with project management software, collaboration tools, and Office Suite
