Director of Project Implementations

Core responsibilities:

• Build and lead a drilling organization to execute professional, air-tight construction operations for geothermal projects
• Establish scalable processes, organizational systems, and partnerships to deliver commercial-scale geothermal construction projects
• Oversee project P&Ls, ensure safety compliance, and manage client relationships for high-quality, cost-effective drilling projects
• Design and implement robust processes and playbooks for operational efficiency and quality outcomes in field operations

This role accelerates the clean energy transition by scaling up geothermal heating and cooling systems, which radically reduces costs for people and the environment while transforming building energy use with carbon-free, hyper-efficient technology.

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of demonstrated experience leading high-performance teams in drilling operations
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Economics/Business, or related discipline (graduate degree preferred)
• Experience as a project owner with P&L oversight and client relationship management
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills, particularly for technical topics
• Proficiency with project management software, collaboration tools, and Office Suite
