Director of Program

• Develop leaders and champion change by coaching Associate Directors on data-informed management and team culture.
• Strategize and innovate program systems, tools, and AI-assisted innovations in collaboration with Product & Engineering and Data & Research.
• Own program coherence and fidelity, ensuring the program model is implemented fully and quality assurance is maintained.
• Collaborate across the organization to align what is sold, communicated, and delivered, representing Program to customers and strategic partners.

This role ensures that first-generation college students receive high-quality coaching at scale, directly improving their persistence and graduation rates, thereby advancing educational equity.

• Experience developing managers and building leadership capacity in people who manage teams.
• Demonstrated change leadership and ability to build high-performance team cultures through shifting expectations.
• Strong systems thinker with comfort in data-driven management and data storytelling.
• AI literacy and enthusiasm for innovation, with ability to bridge program needs with technical possibilities.
