Director of Product

• Define and execute the company's product roadmap, including system upgrades, integrations and new technology implementations.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience and business growth.
• Develop and enforce policies, procedures and standards to ensure data security, system reliability and work efficiency.
• Oversee the management of IT operations, including infrastructure, applications and cybersecurity.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience as a Chief Information Officer (CIO), IT Director or similar leadership role with 7+ years in management.
• 10+ years of overall experience with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Prior P&C insurance industry experience is required.
