Director of Philanthropy

As Director of Philanthropy, you will:

• Lead institutional fundraising strategy and drive revenue from foundations, bilateral/multilateral donors, and institutional partners.
• Shape and advance individual giving efforts, building strategy, structure, and pipeline for growth.
• Build, scale, and lead fundraising systems to support CorpsAfrica's geographic expansion and deepen impact.

This role directly fuels CorpsAfrica's mission to alleviate poverty and build resilience across Africa by securing the philanthropic resources needed to train and deploy youth volunteers in rural communities, fostering community-led change.

• Experienced fundraiser with a track record of securing major gifts from institutional and individual donors.
• Strategic leadership skills with ability to build and scale fundraising operations in a global organization.
• Strong execution focus, with experience in revenue growth and donor relationship management.
• Familiarity with international development, volunteerism, or community-led change preferred.
