What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Lead fundraising strategy and revenue growth by developing and executing annual and multi-year fundraising plans aligned with organizational priorities
- Build and steward key relationships with institutional funders and partners, cultivating authentic, values-aligned relationships
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of 5 development staff, fostering a collaborative, feedback-rich, and equity-centered team culture
- Strengthen systems and operations by overseeing fundraising infrastructure including CRM systems (Salesforce) and processes

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years in nonprofit fundraising or related fields with experience designing and leading fundraising strategies and plans
- At least 2 years of team management experience
- Strong relationship builder with experience engaging diverse stakeholders and excellent communication skills
- Experience managing budgets, revenue tracking, and fundraising operations
- Demonstrated ability to lead with empathy, self-awareness, and accountability
