Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver the People and Culture strategy, ensuring an inclusive, values-driven, and high-performing environment
• Lead organization-wide strategic workforce planning and oversee the full employee lifecycle
• Champion initiatives that strengthen engagement, wellbeing, and belonging while modernizing HR processes
• Provide strategic oversight of EDIB work, reward frameworks, and organizational risk while leading HR, learning and development, and volunteering teams
