Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement NatureBridge's long-term people strategy focusing on staff culture, employee experience, talent development, and equity/inclusion
  • Design and implement HR systems, policies and best practices that enable team members to succeed and advance NatureBridge's mission
  • Lead all facets of the employee lifecycle strategy including hiring, recruiting, onboarding, engagement, retention and offboarding
  • Oversee human resources and people operations to comply with legal requirements and align with financial strategies

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years relevant professional experience in Human Resources leadership and management
  • Strong leadership and management experience with ability to lead and develop teams across multi-functional areas
  • Proven project management skills with excellent planning, execution and multi-tasking abilities
  • Personal and professional commitment to equity and inclusion with ability to lead inclusion and belonging practices
  • Experience in crisis management, employee relations and investigations
  • Financial experience and budget-management skills
  • HRIS management experience
