Director of Partnerships & Alliances - EMEA

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Strategic Alliance Executives
• Drive significant alliance performance and partner adoption by engaging strategically with Sales and championing co-selling initiatives within GSI organisations
• Lead and champion comprehensive cross-functional partnership programs in collaboration within Workiva's GTM ecosystem to achieve strategic and commercial objectives
• Deliver exceptional results, consistently achieving and surpassing ambitious revenue goals and key metrics that drive significant mutual business growth for Workiva and our GSI partners

This role creates positive change by architecting strategic partner ecosystems that drive sustainable commercial growth and align partner innovation with organizational goals, ultimately expanding Workiva's impact through enhanced partnerships.

• 10+ years of related experience in software and/or SaaS Alliance leadership and/or consulting
• 5+ years of team management experience
• Proven experience and established relationships developing and executing alliance and GSI strategies across a diverse partner ecosystem
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field
