Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Drive the programmatic strategy of the organization according to its mission, values, and strategic plan, and execute annual objectives with the program team
- Supervise and support the organizing team, bringing strategic alignment between communications, development, and organizing/advocacy efforts
- Oversee departmental work plans, budgets, campaign plans, and individual staff plans while establishing mechanisms for tracking and assessing campaigns
- Lead 1-2 campaign areas with support from the organizing team and engage in public speaking, writing, and media to lift up USCPR's work

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience, including at least two years in a director-level staff position and 3 years of staff management and supervision
- Experience facilitating strategic planning processes for national campaign plans and minimum of two years of distributed organizing experience or transferable skills
- Experience organizing in/with communities of color and/or building progressive organizing efforts, particularly in Palestinian or Arab, Black, Latine, and/or Indigenous communities
- Deep passion for Palestinian liberation with an analysis of interconnected systems of oppression and possibilities for liberation
