Mission
What you will drive
- Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership of core operational functions including finance, HR, administration, and compliance.
- Serve as a key thought partner to the Executive Director, translating strategic priorities into operational plans and accountability structures.
- Oversee financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls while managing outsourced accounting and PEO relationships.
- Lead people operations, including HR systems, employee lifecycle, performance management, and workplace culture.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 8-10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, finance, administration, or people operations with senior-level responsibility.
- Demonstrated success overseeing finance and HR functions, including budget management, financial reporting, compliance, and people systems.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, internal controls, and interpreting financial statements.
- Excellent project management, decision-making, and communication skills; commitment to equity and mission-driven leadership.
