Mission

What you will drive

  • Own and steward Earth Force's core narrative across the entire platform, ensuring the company is coherent, credible, and legible to investors, partners, policymakers, and the public
  • Craft a coherent story across Earth Force's various business lines, products, and brands
  • Create high-impact collateral including pitch decks, one-pagers, BD materials, and investor-facing content
  • Develop and manage content across blogs, case studies, newsletters, web copy, and owned channels
  • Stand up scalable marketing systems, tooling, analytics, and reporting to measure adoption and ROI
  • Manage PR, media relations, announcements, and external communications
  • Maintain a living brand system that evolves with the platform without constant reinvention
  • Support adoption of Earth Force products and platforms by translating system capabilities into concrete, buyer-specific value propositions
  • Strengthen Earth Force's credibility with relevant government, sustainability, and climate-tech audiences

  • Data-driven and iterative in your approach; comfortable standing up new systems and measuring impact
  • Curious about technical topics, engineered materials, and emerging construction/manufacturing technologies
  • Able to work cross-functionally with executives, technical leaders, and BD teams, and influence without authority
  • 7–10+ years across marketing, communications, public affairs, government relations, or closely related fields
  • Experience owning both strategy and execution
  • Startup or early-stage experience
  • Experience managing PR agencies or policy/advocacy partners
