About the Role
The Director of Marketing and Communications will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy to support enrollment, retention, and community goals at Kingswood.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, lead, and continuously refine a year-round marketing and communications strategy aligned with enrollment, retention, and community goals
- Serve as steward of the Kingswood brand, ensuring consistency, quality, and clarity across all digital and print platforms
- Lead the creative direction of marketing and communications materials, maintaining high standards for clarity, consistency, and visual storytelling
- Provide strategic and creative oversight of branded apparel, promotional items, and marketing collateral

What makes you a great fit
Required skills and qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in marketing, communications, or brand leadership
- Proficiency in Canva, CampMinder/CampInTouch, MailChimp, WordPress, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Zoom
- Strong understanding of social media strategy, content creation, and digital marketing platforms
- Meaningful prior camp experience required; overnight camp experience strongly preferred
- Comfort and fluency in Jewish culture, values, and communal life
