What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing and communications strategies to make Active Minds a household name for young adult mental health
  • Manage a team of 3 direct reports and collaborate across departments to support campaigns, programs, and events
  • Lead public relations efforts, media engagement, and content development for key campaigns and initiatives
  • Serve as a representative of the organization with external partners, media, and stakeholders

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of experience in marketing, communications, and public relations with proven strategy development success
  • Experience leading a marketing/communications team or equivalent transferable experience
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills
  • Passion for mental health advocacy and commitment to equity and social justice principles
