Mission
What you will drive
Legal Strategy and Operations
- Serve as the company's main legal advisor across commercial, corporate, employment, and regulatory areas
- Lead negotiation and standardization of contracts including MSAs, NDAs, and task orders with renewable developers and EPC clients
- Manage outside counsel and litigation, including claims, disputes, and liability matters
- Develop and implement internal legal systems, policies, and templates to support company growth
- Lead claims and insurance matters, including oversight of professional liability and construction-related claims, coordination with insurers and brokers, and management of insurance renewals and coverage reviews
- Partner with project and finance teams to assess and allocate contractual risk, ensuring appropriate insurance and indemnity provisions are in place across all client and subcontractor agreements
Compliance and Risk Management
- Create and maintain a compliance program covering FCPA, anti-corruption, whistleblower, and related laws
- Partner with Finance and Operations on insurance, licensing, and risk mitigation strategies
- Lead policy development related to employment law, safety, and subcontractor compliance
International Expansion
- Advise on legal and regulatory issues for international entity setup, employment, and tax exposure
- Work with local counsel and leadership to ensure compliance as Revamp grows internationally
Corporate Governance
- Support ESOP compliance, board governance, and shareholder communications
- Maintain corporate records and equity-related documentation

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) and licensed to practice in at least one U.S. state
- 10+ years of legal experience, including at least 3 years in-house at a fast growing or engineering-focused company
- Demonstrated experience managing legal risk (including claims, insurance programs, and/or contractual risk) in engineering, construction, infrastructure, or energy sectors
- Strong background in commercial contracting, litigation oversight, and compliance
- Practical and business-minded with sound judgment
- Strong communicator who can translate legal issues into clear guidance for business teams
- Composed under pressure and focused on problem-solving
- Collaborative leader who values clarity, accountability, and partnership
- Comfortable working independently while building scalable systems and partnerships
Preferred
- Experience with ESOPs, employee ownership, or complex capital structures
- Experience supporting international operations or cross-border contracting
- Background in a regulated or project-based industry such as utilities or energy
