Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Lead organization-wide efforts to design and implement knowledge management (KM) systems and practices
- Establish foundational KM infrastructure and support staff in effective use of systems
- Ensure knowledge is leveraged for programmatic impact and fundraising
- Chair and coordinate the Knowledge Management Team, setting priorities and providing training

Required qualifications:
- 5+ years leading knowledge management or related function
- Proven track record of designing adaptable processes and articulating them in written and visual formats
- Experience performing data analysis and generating visual and written reports for various stakeholder groups
- Ability to balance collaboration with decision-making when faced with competing priorities
