Director of Investor Relations

Core responsibilities for this role include:

• Lead Oklo's investor communications strategy, earnings execution, and public-market narrative
• Own and operate the full quarterly earnings process including earnings deck development, script drafting, Q&A preparation, and disclosure calendar management
• Govern all investor-facing materials and messaging for consistency, accuracy, and compliance
• Develop and maintain IR dashboards tracking shareholder base, trading activity, analyst sentiment, and market dynamics

This role supports Oklo's mission to deliver clean, reliable, and affordable energy at scale by ensuring effective communication with investors and the financial community, which is critical for securing the capital needed to advance nuclear energy technology and reduce carbon emissions.

Required qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business, science, engineering, or related field
• 7-12+ years of experience in investor relations, equity research, or capital markets
• Direct experience leading or heavily supporting quarterly earnings preparation at a public company
• Strong understanding of SEC disclosure requirements and public company governance standards
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience drafting executive-level materials
