What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and empower a diverse team of engineers and managers, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to generation and large developers helping them navigate ERCOT's evolving interconnection landscape.
  • Partner with senior leadership to shape and execute EPE's growth strategy across ERCOT and beyond.
  • Drive the development of internal tools and analytics that strengthen EPE's position in the market.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the electric energy industry with at least 2 years of prior experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of ERCOT and TSP interconnection requirements and standards.
  • Exceptional communicator who can influence, create alignment and make decisions confidently under uncertainty.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and fostering collaboration across functions and geographies.
