Mission
What you will drive
Responsibilities / What You'll Do
- Drive revenue generation through foundation and public funding sources to support Treehouse's mission
- Build and maintain relationships with existing funders while developing a robust pipeline of new institutional funders
- Oversee prospecting and timely submission of grant opportunities and reporting requirements
- Develop and execute a five-year strategic plan for institutional fundraising to achieve revenue goals

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant development experience in mission-driven nonprofits with proven track record of securing funding
- Strong understanding of federal grant application process and government funding mechanisms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate complex ideas into persuasive language
- Exceptional project management skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines in fast-paced environment

- Salary range: $100,000 to $110,000 commensurate with experience
