What you will drive
- Hire, motivate, coach, and mentor team members to ensure alignment and high performance.
- Drive the development and continuous improvement of go-to-market strategy across company divisions and geographic areas.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring effective lead generation, qualification, and conversion to meet sales targets.
- Set and enforce standards for an exceptional client experience and develop standard processes for consistent results.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- A bachelorโs degree and 5+ years of experience in a senior growth, business development, or client-facing leadership role.
- Proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies in complex environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing client relationships, proposal development and winning new business.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand financial and organizational levers and steward budgets for sustainable growth.
