What you will drive

  • Drive the development and continuous improvement of go-to-market strategy across company divisions and geographic areas.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring effective lead generation, qualification, and conversion to meet sales targets.
  • Set and enforce standards for an exceptional client experience and develop standard processes for consistent results.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • A bachelorโ€™s degree and 5+ years of experience in a senior growth, business development, or client-facing leadership role.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies in complex environments.
  • Demonstrated experience managing client relationships, proposal development and winning new business.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand financial and organizational levers and steward budgets for sustainable growth.
