What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for engaging with foundations and institutional donors to secure funding aligned with FIA's programs and priorities
- Lead an integrated revenue plan that includes foundation grants, individual giving, corporate partnerships, and grassroots donor engagement
- Build a strong, organization-wide culture of fundraising by mobilizing staff, board members, and federations as active partners in donor engagement
- Research and identify prospective foundation partners, build strong relationships, and maintain regular communication to drive grant opportunities and funding partnerships

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive fundraising and development experience in a nonprofit setting, preferably within organizing, advocacy, or movement-based organizations
- Demonstrated success raising significant revenue across foundations, major gifts, individual donors, and corporate partners
- Existing portfolio of relationships with national foundation program officers and institutional funders
