Director of Finance & Operations

• Lead annual budgeting, financial reporting, and cash flow projections to ensure organizational financial health.
• Oversee human resources including payroll, benefits, onboarding, and policy maintenance.
• Manage operations and IT systems, including CRM (Salesforce), QuickBooks, and vendor relations.
• Support board communications and governance compliance.

This role ensures the financial and operational stability of an organization that promotes a peaceful, just, and inclusive shared society between Jewish and Arab citizens of Israel through integrated bilingual schools.

• 5+ years minimum experience in financial management, preferably in the non-profit sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (CPA or MBA a plus).
• Proficiency in Salesforce, QuickBooks, Microsoft Suite, and AI.
• Strong supervision and communication skills; ability to handle sensitive data with discretion.

Salary: $130,000 annually. Benefits available. Remote work from anywhere in the U.S. Multi-day travel expected.
