What you will drive

  • Lead annual budgeting, financial reporting, and cash flow projections to ensure organizational financial health.
  • Oversee human resources including payroll, benefits, onboarding, and policy maintenance.
  • Manage operations and IT systems, including CRM (Salesforce), QuickBooks, and vendor relations.
  • Support board communications and governance compliance.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 5+ years minimum experience in financial management, preferably in the non-profit sector.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (CPA or MBA a plus).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, QuickBooks, Microsoft Suite, and AI.
  • Strong supervision and communication skills; ability to handle sensitive data with discretion.
