What you will drive
- Lead annual budgeting, financial reporting, and cash flow projections to ensure organizational financial health.
- Oversee human resources including payroll, benefits, onboarding, and policy maintenance.
- Manage operations and IT systems, including CRM (Salesforce), QuickBooks, and vendor relations.
- Support board communications and governance compliance.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 5+ years minimum experience in financial management, preferably in the non-profit sector.
- Bachelorโs degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (CPA or MBA a plus).
- Proficiency in Salesforce, QuickBooks, Microsoft Suite, and AI.
- Strong supervision and communication skills; ability to handle sensitive data with discretion.
