About the Role

The Director of Finance and Operations plays a central role in ensuring the smooth daily functioning of NRCAT's financial and operational systems. This is a hands-on position.

Responsibilities

  • Direct responsibility for routine accounting, administrative, and operational tasks
  • Higher-level coordination, compliance, and organizational problem-solving
  • Managing all technology, software, and service issues and accounts
  • Providing administrative support to the Executive Director and the Board

Profile

What makes you a great fit

The perfect candidate will have:

  • 3 or more years of experience in accounting, payroll and human resources
  • Expertise in QuickBooks, Bill.com (or similar), Microsoft 365, electronic signature tools, and payroll/benefits platforms
  • Experience with Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and online donation processing tools
  • Experience in non-profit management, accounting and business administration is required, and a bachelor's degree in any of these fields is preferable
