Mission
What you will drive
- Develop and execute comprehensive federal advocacy strategies to advance Mainspring's priorities within the White House, DOE, and other agencies.
- Identify and secure high-value federal funding opportunities, including government investment programs and public-private partnerships.
- Formulate and advance legislative priorities on Capitol Hill, maintaining relationships with key Senate and House offices.
- Build and manage strategic alliances with industry associations, NGOs, and corporate partners to amplify policy voice.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 15+ years of experience in domestic and international public affairs, energy policy, or government relations.
- Proven track record working with the current administration, executive branch agencies, and major congressional committees.
- Demonstrated background in energy financing structures, government appropriations, and large-scale federal deals.
- Active or prior eligibility for high-level government security clearances (e.g., TS/SCI or Q clearance) highly preferred.
