What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison to parents, caregivers, and family communities, maintaining active communications and fostering deeper engagement
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with patient advocacy organizations, rare disease foundations, and community groups
- Develop and implement multi-platform engagement strategies across in-person events, online communities, social media, webinars, and virtual forums
- Monitor engagement metrics and gather community feedback to continuously improve CPN's resources and programming effectiveness

Required skills and qualifications:
- Lived experience with pediatric serious illness, rare disease, or palliative care strongly preferred
- Exceptional relationship building skills with demonstrated cultural humility, emotional intelligence, and ability to connect with families from diverse backgrounds
- Outstanding communication abilities including public speaking, empathetic listening, and clear written expression across multiple formats and platforms
- Proven project management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities, work independently, and supervise others
