What you will drive
Core responsibilities for this role include:
- Define and own the technical vision and roadmap for the Eval Platform, spanning simulation, evaluation infrastructure, and software quality operations
- Lead, mentor, and grow a multi-team organization (managers and senior ICs), fostering a culture of technical excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement
- Build and scale simulation and evaluation capabilities that support both rapid autonomy iteration and rigorous validation use cases
- Own the autonomy evaluation and validation platform, and partner closely with Autonomy and Systems leadership, ensuring it is reliable, scalable, and trusted

- Strong understanding of autonomy and validation, and how to build high quality tools for these use cases
- Proven experience leading and scaling high-impact engineering organizations, including managers and senior ICs
- Ability to translate complex technical signals into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment
