Director of Engagement

• Curate, direct, and implement the overall strategy for the Engagement Team at NACTO
• Manage the Associate Director of Member Programs and Associate Director of Convening, overseeing membership engagement, capacity building, events, and field building
• Develop and launch projects and priorities to engage NACTO members through virtual and in-person programming
• Collaborate with executive team members and provide strategic leadership across the organization

• Moderate to significant experience stewarding robust member networks with diverse practitioners across career levels
• Proven track record in equitable people management, coaching, and team leadership across varying identities
• Experience working in or partnering with local government, with understanding of transportation, planning, or policy
• Strong project management skills with experience on large-scale, multi-year projects
