Director of Education & Engagement

• Lead HEAL's educational strategy, curriculum design, and training delivery for professionals responding to human trafficking.
• Build partnerships with healthcare, public health, and community-based organizations to expand reach and impact.
• Design and deliver technical assistance and training engagements for partner organizations.
• Represent HEAL in external meetings and contribute to donor engagement.

This role directly strengthens the capacity of healthcare and public health professionals to respond to human trafficking, advancing trauma-informed, survivor-centered care across systems.

• 4-8 years of relevant experience in public health, healthcare, or anti-trafficking work.
• Experience facilitating or leading trainings with adult learners.
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging learning experiences.
• Experience building relationships and working collaboratively with partners.

Full-time, remote position. Salary range: $70,000–$85,000. Benefits include flexible remote work environment, generous PTO, sick time, organizational holidays, and health benefits through an ICHRA.
