What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end digital publishing execution, overseeing delivery of curricula to website, student assignment platform, and other formats
- Lead complex, cross-functional projects, driving planning and execution of curriculum publishing projects with multiple dependencies
- Manage and support the Digital Content team, setting clear expectations and providing coaching and feedback
- Improve publishing systems and workflows by identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required skills and experience:
- 8+ years of work experience with emphasis in K-12 education, curriculum publishing and/or project management
- At least 3 years experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects from planning through delivery
- At least 3 years experience managing and developing a team responsible for executional work
- Experience with K-12 digital content, publishing, or edtech, including familiarity with CMS tools and digital publishing workflows
