How to Apply for Director of Digital Partnerships, or Senior Director of Digital Partnerships

at Stand Up America

๐Ÿข About Stand Up America

Stand Up America is a progressive, digital-first advocacy organization with over 2 million grassroots members dedicated to fighting corruption, voter suppression, and building a more representative democracy. Since 2017, they've driven over 4 million calls to lawmakers, mobilized 100,000 protestors, and partnered with hundreds of influencers to reach tens of millions of Americans. You'd join a nimble, high-impact team that values autonomy and innovation in digital organizing.

About This Role

As Director or Senior Director of Digital Partnerships, you'll lead the expansion of Stand Up America's influencer and creator partnerships, managing relationships with talent, organizations, and digital creators to drive advocacy outcomes. This new role offers significant autonomy to shape the program from the ground up, while also overseeing project management for campaigns. You'll report to the Managing Director of Digital Campaigns and have a direct hand in mobilizing millions for democracy.

๐Ÿ’ก A Day in the Life

A typical day might start with reviewing partnership pipelines and outreach to potential creators, followed by a check-in with the digital campaigns team on upcoming mobilizations. You might then negotiate a partnership agreement with a talent manager, analyze performance data from a recent influencer campaign, and end the day by drafting a project plan for a new voter outreach initiative.

  • Experienced in building and scaling digital partnerships, particularly with influencers, creators, and talent in the progressive space.
  • Skilled in project management, able to juggle multiple campaigns and cross-functional teams while driving measurable results.
  • Proactive and thrives with autonomy, comfortable shaping a new role and program without a playbook.
  • Deeply aligned with Stand Up America's mission to fight corruption and voter suppression, with a track record of using digital tools for grassroots mobilization.
