What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of digital organizing strategies that build base and narrative power to advance Popular Democracy's long-term goals
  • Design and run digital campaigns to recruit new people, raise funds, and move people through an online-to-offline matrix of engagement that drives political action
  • Strengthen the network's overall digital capacity by equipping affiliates with tools and strategies needed to win campaigns and organize at scale
  • Monitor political, media, and cultural trends to identify strategic opportunities for proactive storytelling and rapid response

What makes you a great fit

Required skills and experience:

  • 3-5 years in a leadership/management role with demonstrated success in leading collaborative projects
  • Experience managing and executing digital strategies across several channels with understanding of digital organizing and marketing trends
  • Demonstrated ability to craft messages and produce clear, compelling digital materials for wide audiences
  • Strong racial equity analysis and experience communicating about Black, brown and working communities
  • Demonstrated commitment to social, racial, and economic justice with deep understanding of challenges facing marginalized communities
