Mission
What you will drive
- Lead and expand fundraising efforts with a primary focus on major gifts, including identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of high-capacity donors.
- Design and execute a comprehensive major gifts strategy, manage a portfolio of major donors, and implement disciplined moves management practices.
- Partner with the Executive Director and Board to strengthen alignment, communication, and engagement with major donors, and track fundraising performance using data.
- Oversee the annual appeal and the planning and execution of the annual summer gala to deepen relationships and drive post-event engagement.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 3+ years of nonprofit fundraising experience with demonstrated success securing major gifts ($25,000+).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a clear, organized approach to managing donor relationships.
- Comfort working in a small, evolving organization with a proactive, self-directed, and hands-on mindset.
- Experience with donor databases and standard office tools (Word, Excel); experience with seasonal or second-home donor communities is a plus.
Benefits
