Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Oversee and direct all fundraising efforts in collaboration with the Executive Director and the PBF Board of Directors
  • Manage our Leadership Circle program, annual campaigns, and other direct giving
  • Coordinate the Peggy Browning Fund Awards Reception 2-3x per year
  • Support the development and donor stewardship portions of our Annual National Law Students Workers Right Conference
  • Maintain a portfolio of high-level donors and supporting other PBF leadership with portfolio management
  • Initiate a planned giving system and major gifts program and originate other innovative development strategies

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or CFRE
  • Passion for our mission
  • Management of small and large events
  • Experience coordinating giving programs and running campaigns
  • Marketing and/or media relations experience including employment of social media in campaigns
  • Strong understanding of the Labor Movement
  • Experience with Raiser’s Edge NXT is a strong asset
  • Proficiency in the use of all Microsoft Office applications

Benefits

What's in it for you

Salary Range: $70,000-105,000.00 with good benefits. The position would be open to part-time work/flexible work schedule depending on the candidate.
