Mission
What you will drive
- Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising plan to advance the TRA's goals, including major gifts, annual giving, and planned giving.
- Lead foundation fundraising efforts, including research, grant writing, reporting, and stewardship.
- Manage donor relationships through regular communication, stewardship, and solicitation, and oversee fundraising events.
- Build the TRA's fundraising infrastructure, including data management, gift processing, and office procedures, and collaborate with the Board and staff.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree and minimum of 5 years of professional fundraising experience.
- Track record of success in developing and implementing fundraising plans, cultivating and stewarding donors, and securing foundation support.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills, with ability to work collaboratively with Board and staff.
- Proficiency in Office suite, donor management software, and digital media platforms; familiarity with planned giving vehicles preferred.
