Director of Development

Core responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy to meet annual and multi-year revenue goals
• Research and identify potential foundation, corporate, and family office funders aligned with MAMA's mission
• Build and manage a portfolio of major donors and prospects, including HNWI
• Oversee systems for donor tracking, acknowledgment, and reporting in our CRM

This role helps secure philanthropic investment to sustain MAMA's national expansion and deepen its impact in ending childhood screen addiction and supporting families in raising healthy kids.

Required skills and experience:

• 6+ years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, with significant success securing six- and seven-figure gifts from foundations and major donors
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling cases for support
• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain relationships with high-level donors and institutional partners
• Experience using Bonterra/EveryAction or similar CRM platform
• Deep commitment to MAMA's mission and values

Compensation and benefits:

• Annual Salary: $90,000-$100,000, commensurate with experience
