Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Lead fundraising initiatives, family fundraisers, sponsorships, campaigns, and special events
- Identify and cultivate new revenue streams to ensure the organization's long-term sustainability
- Create engaging content for all social media platforms using Canva or other design tools
- Plan and execute awareness campaigns that highlight families, research, and community impact

Required skills and experience:
- Experience in nonprofit development, fundraising, or community engagement
- Digitally-savvy, creative thinker who understands today's social media landscape and trends
- Highly organized, personable, and able to motivate and work collaboratively with volunteers, staff, and stakeholders
- Certified Fund Raising Executive Certification preferred
