What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Lead fundraising initiatives, family fundraisers, sponsorships, campaigns, and special events
  • Identify and cultivate new revenue streams to ensure the organization's long-term sustainability
  • Create engaging content for all social media platforms using Canva or other design tools
  • Plan and execute awareness campaigns that highlight families, research, and community impact

Required skills and experience:

  • Experience in nonprofit development, fundraising, or community engagement
  • Digitally-savvy, creative thinker who understands today's social media landscape and trends
  • Highly organized, personable, and able to motivate and work collaboratively with volunteers, staff, and stakeholders
  • Certified Fund Raising Executive Certification preferred
