Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic growth of ARC's philanthropic revenue through major gift fundraising and donor lifecycle management
- Manage an active portfolio of 75+ major donor prospects and serve as lead strategist for CEO's portfolio of 25+ top-tier prospects
- Oversee development operations including Salesforce/CRM management, annual giving campaigns, and donor intelligence
- Build and manage a Board Development Working Group and lead institutional/foundation growth strategies

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of fundraising experience in major gifts and foundation relations (disease-specific nonprofit experience preferred)
- Proficient knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems for pipeline management
- Proven ability to manage staff and work effectively with high-level volunteers and C-suite executives
- Superior writing and presentation skills to translate complex scientific research into philanthropic narratives
