Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Lead donor cultivation and stewardship, design and grow a Major Gifts program
  • Manage AFSO's donor CRM, including donor segmentation, reporting, and data integrity
  • Plan and manage fundraising campaigns or events, coordinate volunteer and Board involvement
  • Research and track grant opportunities, coordinate application materials and reporting
  • Provide strategic direction for AFSO's social media and digital outreach, maintain website and Annual Report
